Good question. I saw that a couple of times a few years ago in the early days of EA9. Cycled power each time and it went away. Haven't seen it since. Maybe it's a bug fixed in a later version?

Are you using the Web Server or Remote Access a lot?

I had it happen a few months ago.. Ver 6.31.. I do Local E-net Control of the panel.. It stopped responding and when I got to the panel to see what's up I saw the same message.. Power cycle and it came back to life..

SOMETIMES the panel gets 'Glitchy ' when changing screens Via E-Net only.. I see part of the next screen and remnants of the first screen.. SOMETIMES singing off and back on Fixes it.. I have had the panel stop responding, and when I walk up to it, the Screen is 'Fractured ' with Various Screen parts from different screens in Blotches on the display.. Power Cycle fixes that..

I guess I should do as the book says and put it on it's own power supply.. :)
