I would like to display several PLC tag values on a large 50+ inch monitor. The PLC is a PAC2000 with a EA9 10+ HMI. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you were using a 12 or 15 inch EA9 C-more, you would have access to an HDMI port that could mirror the touchscreen.

I thought about that but don't necessarily want the same screen showing on the HMI as the monitor.

Isnt this typically what SCADA software is?

That is a great question! We are using large monitors to display production data throughout the shift. The data isn't being collected in a database. It's only for production workers to monitor their performance. At the present time we are using a visual basic application that a 3rd party engineer wrote. It uses an Allen Bradley OPC driver to get tag values from the PLC. None of us know visual basic so it is very hard to support this system internally. We could just use a 12 " HMI with the HDMI port. No SCADA or other software required! Awesome solution!

Weintek has some displayless HMIs that you could wire out to a separate monitor. Or a NUC PC and some inexpensive HMI/SCADA software. I use DAQ Factory from Azeotech.com, and I and others have used and like Lenovo "Tiny " PCs. About 6x6x1.5 ".
