The touch screens with ethernet can be used in multiples to a 260 through an ethernet switch.
Each screen will need a separate IP address and point to the 260.
When one screen changes a value in the plc, the other screens will update from the plc.

EDIT: disregard this post, it is not possible to have multiple screens to a single CPU over RS485 modbus. Only multiple CPUs to one screen.
If your CMore screens are older serial type using modbus, support an RS485 connection then you can also connect multiple screens to one CPU over a single RS485 serial port as well
Ethernet is way easier though.

Thanx guys. I had used multiples before but was using the ECOM module over a dedicated machine network. Right now Im just wanting to try the two screens through a switch to port 1 on the 260.

Regarding Modbus over RS485, Modbus over serial lines does not have a multi-master capability. One HMI to multiple CPUs is ok.

Agree with bcarlton. You didn't say which brand HMI you 're using, but in the serial days most handled this by designating one HMI as the primary, and it would poll the PLC for all the data required by all the HMI's as well as forwarding button pushes and setpoints and so on, and then the secondary HMI's would talk to the primary rather than directly to the PLC.

Physical switch or relay would work fine too if you don't need them active at the same time.

ah yes. You are correct. Forgot about that limitation of old types.

Just for future reference I was able to use one screen as sort of a "go through " for the other screen. Its on one of the setup screens as direct connect or something or other. So I have two screens on a switch then the go through screen is hooked directly through the second port of the 260.
