Hello, I'm looking to get advice on resolving an issue I 've been having on an EA9-T12CL C-More I recently installed. The issue has been a fault pop-up that displays "Application EA_RUN.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down. " This seems to happen a couple times each month since the screen was installed (beginning of December 2017). I did a check on the error page under the system setup screen menu and found no errors. I also checked the memory and found no overflow (this may be because it has already crashed the program running). If anyone has dealt with this before, some feedback would be great. Right now, the only resolution I have is to disconnect power to the screen and reconnect it, however I would like to find a long term solution. Thanks!

Sounds like a windows error to me. I'd contact technical support.

I am having this problem with EA9-T6CL. I have close to 100 EA7 out in the world with no problems but when those went obsolete I had to start using EA9 this problem started happening.
It seems to be related to a power down while either the Alarm log or data logs are active. It does not matter if logging to USB or SD1 (SD1 seems slightly worse).
The only way I have found to clear it is to restore or rewrite the user program. Once the error occurs I also start getting RTE-004 error flashing across the top of the screen as well.
