Issue installing EA9 USB drivers

This is typically a Windows, hardware device driver error or hardware issue of some sort. Things to check:
1. The base USB drivers for your computer. Make sure that they are the correct ones and up to date.
2. You have issues with your Windows installation. There are several tools that can be used to check Windows validity depending on the version.
3. Your memory may have bad bits. This can be tested by a program such as Memtest.
4. Your Processor may have some issues. As crazy as it sounds a lot of computer processors are shipped with known errors. This can usually be found on the manufacturers website with a bit of digging.
