Set default language

EA9-T8CL C-More Version 6.31 I am setting the default language to something other than English language #1 and saving the program. After I download it, the screens are still in English. I can change to other languages with the set language object. I have 6 other language files besides English, and I have the same results selecting any of them, the screens are still booting up in English.

In panel manager you did select what language number you are using for the 2nd language? I do panel in English and Chinese. When I create an element I go to the left pane and select 2. This will be my Chinese language. Then go in the English boxes and paste my Chinese. So Chinese is #2. This got me at first not to select the correct number in the left pane.
