It would be nice to have the ability to see/control the status of the enable option for an Event on the panel. Perhaps an option to assign an internal tag to each event could be added in the future?

    I second this.

It also would be nice to have a internal tag displaying the number of active/acknowledged/unacknowledged alarms. This would be a huge help.

Right now I have a PLC dedicated to storing alarms and acknowledgement status for each, which is then used to interface with an annunciation system. I 've basically had to reprogram all the functionality that already exists in the C-more because there is no way to get the C-more event status out of the C-more. These tags would be super useful.

100% Agree, not linking the Acknowledge Button to a PLC Tag is a HUGE design flaw. How does someone force a user to acknowledge an alarm before they might reset it. At a minimum, like AB does with factory talk, the alarm banner can be dismissed prior to resetting the alarm. I am having to build my own method using the Popup Object and some Logical Comparisons in the PLC to mimic this basic alarm function.\

Update, WOW, I found it, it's not easy to find, and you effectively have to make your own alarm banner, but you can do it.
