I have 2 ea7-s6m panels operating one Click C0-00DR-D. I am having trouble with communictation between one of the panels and the PLC. It will not operate the plc. It shows error message "PLL007 DEV002 CRC does not match "? I have it connected as follows. Laptop to com1 of the plc. HMI 1 to com2 of plc via EA-2CBL-1. From that HMI Ethernet port to Ethernet 5 channel switch. From Switch to HMI 2 via EA-2CBL-1. and then from Switch to Ethernet port on HMI 2. Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly one is supposed to be a slave and the other a master? But, I cant figure out how to set that up.

When you are choosing how to connect in Panel Manager for the indirect panel, you will need to choose "Connect through another panel ". I have never actually done this though and now my copy of v2.78 has decided to crap out so that's all I have, sorry.

Thanks for the Help.. I'll give that a try. I think maybe I have a wiring problem. I have a rj45 Ethernet on the switch end, and an rj12 RS232 on the plc end? I might have the pinout wrong? Should the pairs stay the same? starting at the middle of the plug?

Here is the panel manager screen. It only show me one panel. I am confused as to how to set them up through here as you instructed?
