Hi All, I am wondering if there is a way to activate a discrete tag momentarily from a recipe button? Either that or is there a way to overlay two buttons and have them both work? What I am looking to do is load a set of parameters and operate a start button with one push. I appreciate your help, Cam

Set one of your parameters in your recipe to a TRUE state in all the recipes. When the program notices that location change to TRUE it triggers the start then sets the location false.

Hi bcarlton,
Thanks for your reply, but I'm not getting it. I don't get an option for a logic 'true ' I simply get an option for a constant 1 or 0 which sets the bit which has to be cleared. Is this an internal tag that I'm manipulating?
I am also having an issue using a momentary setting for a pushbutton that the PLC does not respond to for no obvious reason, but not every time. Sometimes it works when I reload the same program.
