C-More EA9 Windows 10 Install Issue

When I try to install the C-more EA9 (version 6.13) software on Windows 10 I receive an error indicating: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:\... This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it ina n unusual way. Please contract the application's support team for more information. " Does anyone know if the software will install and run on Windows 10?

I was able to get it to load by using Internet Explorer and downloading Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.
When I tried to in Edge it didn't seem to work but I'm new to it.
It appears these files are needed to install the C-more package and must not be included in the c-more files.
