Event Manager Message Size

I am using the Event Manager to trigger alarm messages in a message box. The size of the font and the OK pushbutton are too small for operator. Is there a way to change the size? I also would like to change the colors. Is that possible? I would prefer to keep the messages in a message box rather than use a pop up window.
