PLC-028 Error code

Hello everyone. I'm using a DL-6 AR and Cmore EA9-T6CL. I'm communicating thru serial using the K-Sequence protocol. The PLC is being used for monitoring water tanks. It's been installed and running for a year. Recently I 've been getting error codes "PLC-028 " and it has lead to making the PLC Freeze with closed relays. The only way I have gotten it to unfreeze was by shutting down power and then back up. I never had that problem before. Any solutions? Thanks in advanced.

Same issue!
I have the same issue with my application. I'm using a EA9-T6CL-R with D0-06DD2. The message appeared randomly but everything seems to function normally.
Call Automation Direct today and waiting to hear back from them.

I had the same issue as nmatthews22. I had to increase the Baud Rate from 9600 to 19200. There is useful information on how to do this in the Help section on the C-more Programing Software, expand PLCs Setup and choose what PLC you are using.
Please I have this issues too plc 028 failed for a DL260 cpu. This results in a thing pressed on the HMI has no change or effect on the panel but the beeps you hear as you press the HMI.
