We just bought an EA9-T15CL panel for an upgrade which will eventually be working with a SLC 5/03 so I bought a EA-SLC-232-CBL for that PLC. Since this is our first install using the C more panels and software, I also ordered a EA-DH485-CBL cable. This was to be used with a SLC 5/02 PLC I have set up in my office. Unfortunately, I have the EA-DH485-CBL connected between the panel (on Port 1 PLC Serial Communications RS-232C / RS-485) and then to the PLC CPU jack. I have a COM Led on the CPU, but the panel is flashing PLC-001:PLC Communication Timeout. Any assistance is appreciated

Thanks for the response Do-more PE, although the link you sent me got me more confused. Good news is I found my stupid mistake, in my haste to get things going, I had set the protocol to SLC500, on going back I realized there are 2 SLC500 listed, and yes I had mine set to the DF1, not the DH485. Lesson learned.
