I don't own a C-more - yet. But I do own a retina display iPad. And my iPad absolutely needs a C-more! From what I 've read, the remote application produces a screen view of the C-more on the PC (in a window) or the iPad. I watched the webcast video and it mentioned being able to resize that window on a PC. Which leads to a couple questions. Does the app care about which model C-more it is logged into? I.E. do the EA9-T8CL, EA9-T10CL, and EA9-T12CL all look exactly the same since they all have SVGA resolution? {probably yes} Can the app run at a higher resolution than the C-more it's connected to? I.E. can the app give the appearance of an EA9-T15CL XGA resolution when the real C-more it's logged into is a EA9-T6CL? {probably not} With the super high QXGA (2048x1536) resolution of the iPad can the C-more screen image be enlarged to fill the iPad display for remote access? {I hope so} Any advice welcome. Thanks. Roger

As far as I know your guesses are correct, just be aware that when you scale up the image to fill your I-Pad screen you sill only have an effective resolution of 800x600, and there are serious compression artifacts.

Full disclosure, I have not used the I-Pad app, just a PC with a hardwired Ethernet connection. Also I 've only used the EA7, with the faster processor the EA9 might do a better job on the compression (but I wouldn't bet the farm on it) Since your I-Pad is what, 9 " ? filling the screen won't look as bad as filling the 21 " screen on my PC, but it won't be anything like a what one might expect for the "retina " display, you are limited by the C-More
