C-more backlight

I have a customer with a 10 in C-more panel (EA7-T10C) that I am having issues with his back light. I bought the replacement bulb kit (EA-10-Bulb) and installed it but it still does not light. What is the voltage at the plug for the bulbs so I can see if I have the correct voltage? I can kind of see the display items if I use a strong flashlight at certain angles.
