I am in need of some assistance. I am looking to set up my C-More EA7-T15C for accepting multiple numeric entries and on / off commands and I am trying to find the easiest way. I have '50 ' Films I need to create each with 10 possible user numeric entries and 10 possible on / off commands. I am looking to call out any one of these 50 Films at any time with the data entered in. I don't know the best way to set this up due to the user having control of changing these parameters at any time. Any help is greatly appreciated Thank You

While I'm not quite clear on what you are after, have you looked at the "recipe " objects?

I have looked into the recipe. I'm having a hard time understanding the way it works. This is my first time working with a PLC and HMI using more than standard switches. I will try to describe what I'm looking to do a little better.
I am looking to have a user programmable interface to set up 50 processes.
Each process will consist of 10 numeric entries to set a 0-10vdc signal from the PLC, and 10 on / off commands to determine which of the 10 numeric entries to use.
There will be a remote command sent to the PLC to determine which of the 50 different processes to run.
My first thought is to create 50 different set up pages on the C-More. Each page would consist of 10 differently addressed numeric entries and 10 separately addressed On / Off Buttons. This seems like a lot of extra work.
Each "Process " will be called by a unique remote command.
My main problem is that these numeric entries and on / off commands need to be accessible to change at any time through the C-More.
I would hope that there might be an easier way of accomplishing this.
Thank You

have to agree w/ Bob, the recipe is exactly what you 're looking for. The help files in C-More V2.78 do a really good job of explaining the process for working with recipes, and there's even a section for using Excel to edit sheets.

Thanks.
I have version 2.77. Do I need to purchase the new version or can I upgrade for free??
Thanks

it's free, since you have a license... here is the link:

Free upgrade, just make sure you have your original license number handy.

I have downloaded the latest version but it seems that the help is the same.
I have downloaded the recipe sample program from the C-More website.
I need to do the exact opposite of what this program does.
I need to manually enter all of the parameters and then save those as a recipe that can be called on by a remote input.
Any thoughts??
Thank You

Ok, I have done some more research and I found out what I was missing. I can use the Call recipe command and have the user edit the recipe.
There are so many possibilities with this equipment, being a first time user is very overwhelming.
