Guys, my EA7-10TC is not responding to any touches, even cannot call the screen setup menu.:mad:

It sounds like it is broken. you can get in touch with our Returns Department at the number below and see if it is still in warranty.

One last thing to try is hold the upper left corner of the screen while powering up. This will take you right to the calibration screen if the touch screen is working at all.
