Hello - I have the PLC-001 error. I followed advice from another thread and ensure all the data/tags are segregated and pointed to the same RTU. Also, no Alarms or trending tags associated with the C-more screens. Currently the C-more is linked to 6 RTUs in the plant; part of the process the C-more monitors is Air Condition systems which is seasonal; therefore, some RTUs are turned off along with the Air Condition units in the winter. The C-more monitors other process that’s not seasonal; therefore, those RTUs are on. Since there is a loss of communication with the seasonal RTUs, the PLC-001 error flashes all the time on the C-More. Does anyone know of any way to acknowledge the error that would cause it to stop flashing?
