Hello: We are in the initial planning stage to deploy C-More 12’’ HMIs to monitor energy usage for approximately 400 HVAC Units with 15 discrete and 9 analog points per unit; also, 80 Pumping stations with approx 10 discrete and 8 analog points per station. The project will take place in 4 phases. We would like to deploy the HMIs through the plant and in various control centers and offices. I am looking for advice on how to plan/layout this network for the long term. Does anyone know of any planning templates or configurators I can use? I am looking for a configuration tool that has the ability where I could input my long term requirements and the tool output proposed network layout and Bill of Materials based on my needs? Once completed the system should have full functionality on the internet….

With what you have posted, it looks to me, that what you really need is knowledge and experience. But that is just my suggestion.
