Cmore Web Server Dead?

I have a c-more touch screen setup for remote access. When it was first setup, I could connect via the Web. I could also connect to the PLC and access the remote control function via the remote executable. Now, I can still access the touch screen via the remote executable, but cannot get to the Web Pages stored on the touch screen. I assume the Web Server has failed, but don't know if this is the case, or if something is setup incorrectly. Thanks, -andrew

Try resetting the panel to factory defaults through the setup screens.
Be aware that this will completely wipe the panel so be certain you have a backup of the project.
Upper left corner for ten seconds, press memory, press Restore to Factory defaults.
If this does not seem to help, force a firmware update then after the firmware update finishes, do the restore to defaults again.
