I am constructing my event manager database. I am having an issue with the "Confirmation " option for the alarm action of an event. It says that if you have the option selected, it will require the user to confirm the alarm in the Alarm History popup. I do not see any way of confirming/acknowledging the alarm. The alarms just continue to blink. I do not see any popup in the alarm history that I have to address the issue either. Am I missing something? In my old HMI, I am use to an alarm coming in, it continues to flash until the operator acknowledges it, then it stays locked in until the condition clears. Please help, thanks.

    Location of Confirmation button

After the event has been triggered, go to the Alarm History page, and 'Line Up ' or 'Line Down ' until the appropriate message is selected. Then press 'details '. Then you can press the 'Confirm ' button.
