I think I read this issue several times now. I download an updated program to the C-More and it displays all my items on the main screen but will not respond to anything. I have to reboot the screen. I am downloading version 2.73 to see if that helps. I am running 2.72 on a 6 " c-more. After I download to the screen, I have to do a reboot from the software menu, then it works. This is the first time I had to do it repeatingly. I have had it happen in the past, but very random so I did not say anything. Now it is happening just about every time I download an updated program. All the items appear that I have on the main screen but all the items that display numbers are blank and none of the push buttons work. I do not get an error message at the top saying the plc is not communicating.

Please provide the following information:
1) Model of your C-more
2) Are you using a CF in the CF1 slot?
3) If the same project is downloaded to a different panel do you have the same issue?
4) Does it happen with a different project in the same panel?
You may need to contact Tech Support and provide your project for them to test.
