Cmore Timeout Time & Poll Time settings

I can not find any documentation describing Timeout Time and Poll Time in the panel manager tab. Are these settings described in any manuals or help files?. I am using Cmore pass thru on a panel that regularly displays 'PLC-018 panel communication timeout '. The server panel is connected to port 1 and has no communication errors.

Timeout time is exactly what it sounds like, the amount of time the Cmore waits to see if a response arrives before it times out and continues to the next data block request to the PLC.
Poll time is the amount of time that Cmore waits between each data block request so that the PLC does not get overloaded with requests.
