We could not decide where to mount the C-More. So we did a view test. The higher we mounted it from head level the view was still good. But below head level it immediately got worse. So it is good that it views good the higher you go. Who mounts them down low...not too often. Was this a design consideration or did C-More get lucky! It needed to be mounted up high so no one would bang their head on it if they leaned over a bit in this particular application. It still can be reached by an average height individual. Just info in case someone runs into the same situation.

This is common with LCD screens, where they are difficult to see from a particular angle. I have a widescreen computer monitor which I set sideways, can see it very well from the right but not the left. (Computer monitors are typically difficult to view from below) Generally more expensive the screen = better viewing angle.
Cmore offers the 6 " in STN or TFT - the latter being higher priced but wider viewing angle. 8 " and wider are all TFT, and have very reasonable viewability.
