I am using a EA7-S6M C-More to communicate with a DL06 and AB SLC 5/03 simultaneously. I have set up a recipe sheet to save and load values into both of the processors. I can edit and save the values with no problems at all. However when I download any changes to the program in the CMore all the recipies in the sheet are gone and need to be rentered. I do have a compact flash card in slot 1. I beleive that I need to save the recipe data to the compact flash but I am not sure how to accomplish this. Any and all help will be appreciated.

You can use the system screen. Go to Back up and select Recipe. After loading the project, go to Restore and select Recipe.
You can also FTP into the panel and copy the Recipe Files out and then write them back in after sending the project. FTP must be enabled on the Panel in the Touch Panel Network.

This is something I asked for about recipes. If you connect to a C-More if it is possible in a later release for the program say, your recipe differs from what is on the computer. I got into the habit of always reading from the C-more before I work on the program. But I do a recipe back up also on the cf card.
