I have worked for several years with the DL350 and DL450 CPUs coupled with Maple Systems HMI's. Now, I am switching my new projects to the Productivity 3000 PAC and the CMore HMI. I have been unable to get communication established between these systems. I 've tried Ethernet and Serial Port. I can't even get the Producivity 3000 to communicate with my Maple Systems HMI, which I had great success with the Direct Logic systems. What wiring protocol is necessary, and what communication protocol is necessary? For Ethernet, do I use a cross-over cable or a straight-through cable? What about the IP address, the Subnet mask, and the Default gateway? The PAC asks for all three, but the CMore only asks for the IP address. I 've been fighting this communication protocol, and it's whipping me. Help if you can. Thanks.

Take a look in the CMORE software, "setup "> "Touch Panel Network " and click on the "Ethernet Port " tab. This will let you set a static IP and subnet and gateway addresses.
