EA1-S3MLW Cmore Micro back color question

My EA1-S3MLW HMI is starting to get a noticeable reddish background appearance when the back color is set for white. The unit is about 3 years old and used primarily for testing. It is blanked(back light is off) a lot of the time and is not used for periods of time. I would have thought that it had a longer life than that. Nothing in the program or the setup has changed/altered the back color settings. Has anyone else had similar instances? Thanks for any responses.

Mine are turning red after only a few months. I just spoke with technical support and they tell me they never heard of this problem before. Fortunately for me, he tells me mine are still under warranty ( 2 yrs ) and they will replace them.
