Tag Name Database and Screen Numbers

I'm wrote a program for a job a few years ago, and my memory of how it's put together has since gotten fairly hazy. I'm in the process of updating it now. What I'm wondering is this: Is there any way to get the tag name database to identify which screens each tag is used on? It would really help to narrow down the possibility of where things are used in the program.

Please specify the HMI. In the AD world the tagnames in the HMI don't have to be the same as the tag names in the PLC.
