LookoutDirect Password Delete

Is there a way to delete the passwords in LookoutDirect? There is a Lookout.sec file located in the "Bin " and "System32 " directories. I suspect the "bin " one holds the username password info as it's date never changes. The System32 one is current. I can log in as an operator, but I can no longer make changes as I 've forgotten the password. This needs to be resolved, can I import project data to a new project without a password?

John Peterson, try doing the following:
- Copy all the project's Lookout files (4 files) to a separate folder in another directory, "test folder " on C: for example.
- Delete the security file (.lka file)
- Start LookoutDirect, navigate to the test folder, and try opening your project using Administrator as the user with no password.
- Go to edit mode to edit your users.
Does this allow you to open your project and go into edit mode?

This doesn't seem to work when I try with NI Lookout.
However, I had an old copy of Lookout.sec file which I swapped for the lookout.sec that was in use under system32. Lookout then followed the login parameters in the old file.
Does NI Lookout Lookout.sec file work in LookoutDirect?
Does LookoutDirect use two files? One in system32, the other in Bin?
Can someone send me a LookoutDirect blank lookout.sec file?

Yes, I have a blank (default) LookoutDirect security file (lookout.sec) from C:\WINDOWS\system32. I will try to send it in a private message.

Looks like the lookout.sec file contains all the log in data. Note: Looks like Login is copmuter specific rather than project specific. Changing this file fixes everything.
In NI Lookout, I changed lookoutc.sec to lookout.sec and that cured everything as well.
I know we should remember passwords, but its nice to have an escape route.
