What is going on with out of stock on the F204AD-1 cards? I understand backorders for a couple of days but I was told this card will not ship before the end of next month! I had to go to the 8 in card which is $48 per card more on a bid project, plus getting engineering to change the drawings is like asking for their first born. In ordering for this project I found out of stock on 10 " c more screens(should ship 4/9), F2 04THM(dont know the ship date) (I had to wait 3 weeks earler this year for this card), F208AD-2, and D2-EM. I really like the product easy to program and good cost, but if I cant make delivery I will loose the customer. AD please understand I have been using your product for 7 years, I went through the process of changing to the C-More over AVG, Maple, and Proface. I sold it partly because of the customer service and avaliblity of the parts. Please get this under control, I know everyone is lowering inventory to help control cost but I am sure I am not the only one with tight time lines to deliver the systems to the customer. Thanks, John

    Out of Stock

    John,

Thank you for your post, and we apologize for the lack of stock on the parts you mention. The electronics market is experiencing a strong resurgence of business as we emerge from a deep recession. Component suppliers cut their inventories heavily last year, and are now trying to react to very steep increases in demand as companies try to re-build their inventory up the supply chain. As a result, component suppliers are not able to provide many parts to the manufacturers we deal with within the normal lead times. This is having an impact on the production capabilities of these suppliers, which leads to instances where we are out of stock on some parts for extended periods. Please be assured that we are working very closely with our suppliers to make sure that we receive more inventory as soon as possible. Also, please know that the manufacturers of the products you mention are some of our best suppliers and understand our needs to eliminate backorders and stock-outs. We will keep our systems updated with current delivery dates, and hope that this situation improves in the near future once component suppliers ramp-up their production.

    Best regards,

    Tim Carroll
