Dual C-more with one PLC

I would like to use the following setup Local C-more (ie bolted on the PLC panel) DL-06 PLC Remote C-more Interconnection via Ethernet I would like to have the identical programm in both C-mores (except the IP) Do anybody see any issues with this setup.

My only question is are the two C-More devices only reading or are they both sending commands to the PLC.
I run into an issue with some commands/setpoints to a PLC when using two different operator interfaces. The issue, which command from which operator interface does the PLC listen to and perform actions.
For example, if your sending an analog setpoint and they don't match which operator interface does the PLC respond to.
Normally in this case we use a local/remote switch to determine which operator interface is in control.
Of course if the operator interfaces are only reading data from the PLC this problem is moot.

If you are connecting via Ethernet, then most panels are masters and the PLC s a slave. Data changed on one panel will be reflected on the the panel.
