Chances are, all of your trend files have the same first 3 letters. The filing system in CE uses the old DOS file name restrictions, so if the trend is Trend 1, the Trend file name you see is:

Screen 1_LineTrendGraph1

Screen 1_LineTrendGraph2

Screen 2_LineTrendGraph1

Screen 3_LineTrendGraph1

but internally they are named:

Scr~001.txt

Scr~002.txt

Scr~003.txt

Scr~004.txt

If you have a lot of trends on one screen, and/or the screen names have the same first 3 letters, then you quickly get to

Scr~999.txt

When you get to here, there are no more unique file names for that directory and presently C-more it will not overwrite the old files.

So the solution is to change the Screen names so that the first 3 letters of the file names are different.

Pump House_LineTrendGraph1

Pump House_LineTrendGraph2

Mezzanine_LineTrendGraph1

Basement_LineTrendGraph1

Then the internal file names become:

Pum~001.txt

Pum~002.txt

Mez~001.txt

Bas~001.txt

here is my setup. DL06 plc 8 " c-more screen. Am logging 6 line trends to USB stick. It logged up to 23:59hrs (time) and now it does not start a new day. It seems that some how it just quit logging just when it was supposed to start a new file.I have about 5 days where it logged perfectly and now it just quit. Has this happened to anybody? The USB stick was formatted beforehand and hardly has any files on it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
