When the machine sends an e-mail I get error code RTE-041 as you see in the attached screen shot. The owner’s manual tells me that I have entered an incorrect SMTP address. The second screen shot shows the settings I have on the machine. This is the SMTP address that IS gave me. Can someone help?

You should have something in the Receive email server also. Probably the same as the Send email server, but no necessarily.

If I go to Database/Address Book and click "Test Email from Panel " I get GUI-049 : Test fail. I can't find these GUI errors in the hardware manual. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I got the e-mail working but it doesn't attach the line trend graph. If there is no data on the line trend graph then will it not attach anything? If I can narrow it down to not having the line trend setup correctly.

I get the same message when I select "Test Email From Panel " under the "Address Book " set up page, but I still get the test email (usually).
