Is it possible for a C-More touch screen or a DL06 PLC(by ethernet) to call for a master computer to send it a .csv file to be used as a recipe?

You can replace a recipe sheet in the c-more via FTP. How to get the file there is up to you.
***Caution: The recipe sheets have a very specific format and syntax. If you do not follow this, you can end up with erronious data in your recipe sheet.***

So where can I get a sample or instructions for the specific format and syntax? I have my recipe in the form of a csv file at the present.

The simplest thing to do is create a recipe sheet in the C-more software and export it. Then look at the Help topic - "Recipe Sheet Editing with Excel ". It will show some of the syntax, but it is pretty straight forward once you export a sheet and take a look at it.

We have about 24 of these touch screens on saw gauges and we are wanting to optomize our saw cut lists per saw from one master computer. Then send each gauge it's recipe for the day. You mintioned (Recipe Sheet Editing with Excel) Where do I find this info?

It is a topic in the Help File for the C-more software. Just do a search on that text and you will find it. That is easier than trying to tell you how to navigate to it.
