Do you have a copy of the application? That would be the place to start. You need to know how it's supposed to work before you can troubleshoot why it didn't. The file will look like "Yourfile.eap ". If you don't have it, you may be able to upload from the C-More. You'll need the C-More software to do it. I say you may be able to upload because the original programmer has the option of making the file available or not. If the application was downloaded to the C-More as "protected ", you won't be able to retrieve it.

I'm not sure where your screen is set to get the time/date info, could be the screen clock, or the PLC clock.

If it's the screen, enter set up(press and hold the upper left corner of screen for a few seconds) and check the clock settings from there.

If it's from the PLC, you'll need to use the appropriate programming software to change the settings in you 're particular PLC.

This touch panel system sends out a daily email reporting relevant data as well as the time, day, and year of the report. However, there were two days in a row that the email report was not sent out. Now each daily report emailed out has the correct time and year, but the day of the month is two days off. Does anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks.
