Tip using Excel for C-more

I tried to export my recipe data to excel, but ran into problems. Excel asked me questions I did not know. First it says .CSV is not a valid format then if it using tabs, commas, etc. then couple more questions. I too a guess at them, sorted the data and when I imported it back to C-More, the table was blank! I ended up spending time just rearranging directly in the C-More which sucked, took long time to do that.
