I can not seem to solve the problem of my line graph becoming a flat liner. I have tags for sample interval and start/stop. As long as I am on the screen that displays the graph and the e-stop is not pushed, all is fine. I stop the machine which turns off the start/stop and sample tag. I exit the graph screen, return hours later and it is still good. If I exit the graph screen and get to the main screen and hit the e-stop, then return minutes later, my graph has kept plotting and I get a flat liner. When I press e-stop I am not turning off any of the HMI stages or loading any screens. I am going to exit the graph screen and not push e-stop to make sure it is not the pressing of the e-stop causing the problem. Anyone having this problem? Has anyone seen the flat lining?

I found it. I have a "cold Stage " i use to turn on the graph when it is not true. Well, when I hit e-stop it becomes not true because I reset those stages. I use an input to see if I loose 24v (X4). I simply inserted this X4 in the rung with "cold stage " and now it works. Gee I feel stupid.:o
