C-more email question

I am setting up a c-more 6 " unit to email operators when an alarm is set. Is there a way to have it just email the "operator on call " based on an internal tag? What I have so far is, a screen with a step switch that selects the operator on call # 1 thru # 4, that sets an internal tag, but how would I go about setting up the alarm to not email the other three operators without having any logic in the PLC?

My first thought is 4 separate events with email action, one for each operator. But you can only use one tag, and that tag would have to be associated with the alarm and operator. We do not presently support multiple tags or logic in the panel. So I do not see a way to do it without PLC logic. Any other thoughts on this? I feel like I am forgetting something.

That was my thoughts also. I would have to add ladder logic to the PLC to set a different alarm bit based on which operator was selected on the screen. I just wanted to throw it out there to see if I may have missed something. I don't see any other way to do it really.
