Has anyone been using the new Cmore remote access feature? Specifically making it work behind a router and using a dynamic ip address? I 've found several web based services like no-ip.com that seem like they might get me around the dynamic ip issue, am I barking up the right tree? And then do I use port forwarding in the router, in order to direct requests to the Cmore? In the Cmore programming software, setup/touch panel network/remote access tab there is a window that chooses a port, and a window for =%IP2%, what goes in those two windows? Can I choose any port? What actually is %IP2%? Where does the ip address that I assigned to the Cmore factor into all of this? Many thanks in advance for any insight. This forum has been a huge help in my undertaking a personal project using a PLC , even though I really didn't even know what one was a year ago. I don't see the smugness that I see on the electrical forums that I frequent, being an electrician by trade.
