You need to get a copy of Screen Creator. Depending on how the options were set, you may or may not be able to upload the application screens.

However, I would highly recommend replacing the unit with a Cmore or Micro. You will have to recreate the screens. There is no way to convert the those screens to any current screen available. The Direct touch Units are no longer available. I have a customer who recently broke one and the only option is trying to find one on Ebay or on other salvage sites.

    another option

Thanks allukes for the reply. My customer now is having a budget to change the new touch screen to Proface touch screen, do anyone know whether this koyo DL250 CPU be able to connect to the Proface touch screen by using the DL250 port 1? Because they are using the port 2 communicate to servo motor. I had tried to change the port 1 setting to accomodate to Proface, but I had no idea how to change the port 1 setting. By using Directsoft32, I only know to change the port 2 setting, please help to lead me step by step how to change port 1 setting or teach me how to communicate the touch screen by using port 1.

I don't know anything about the Proface touch screen, but if they haven't bought it yet, the Automation Direct C-more line of HMIs will plug into port 1 and just work without any port setting changes.

my customer already bought the Proface Touch Screen because we need to wait around 4-6weeks if we purchase C-More, too long, customer cannot wait.. =( So, do anyone knows what is the original C-More line setting, so that I can try to copy that setting to Proface touch see if it's work?

Better check the available protocols. Last time I checked, Proface's newer displays and programing software did not support any of the Koyo's native protocols. You may only have Modbus available and that involves additional work and may be limited in what you can do. As stated earlier, the Cmore line may provide a better sollution.

I am curious why you would have to "wait around 4-6weeks if we purchase C-More ". Is it a shipping issue with Automation Direct?
