C-more to 440 error code 0x020d

I am trying to establish comms with Cmore and 440 PLC. The C-more seems to be reconnizing PLC bit changes, however when I hit a toggle button on HMI, i receive a "Error Code 0x020d returned from PLC " message. The PLC doesn't seem to be receiving the input from the HMI. Any ideas where to look?
