Can I use multiple c-more micros on one PLC? I guess I'd need the RS-485 adapter.

I think the Display is always the master on serial networks, so you have to have to put each display on a separate com port. Although, you can have multiple PLC's on 1 display.

Can you have multiple c-mores w/ECOM since it is a peer-to-peer both physically and protocol-wise? I would think it would work???

To answer the first question; yes you can have multiple C-More Micros on one PLC, BUT each C-More Micro requires its own port so on a 250 CPU the max is two (two ports on the CPU).

To answer the second question; yes you can have multiple C-Mores and multiple PLCs intermeshed on an Ethernet network. I 've done 4-5 C-Mores to one PLC a few times.

Since he was referring to the Cmore Micro, I didn't think Ethernet was an option. However, if I am not mistaken, you could get more than 2 micros on a PLC using DCM modules, although it might get a little costly.
