Object set up on C-More Mirco Panel

I need some direction how to set up an object that allow the operator to input his/her own temperature control onto the touch C-More Micro panel. The application is if the room temperature is ( >=)greater than or Equal to the set temperature, then no heat need to be ON. If the set temperature is less than the set temperature, then turn on the Heat. Thanks in advanced.
