The C-More screen has some very nice features, easy to use and very nice graphics. But, why you are allowed hundreds of recipes to load via the recipe sheet(s), but you cannot save these to non-volatile memory is beyond me. I would think there are very few processes out there where the parameters are cast in stone to allow you to build the recipe parameters with no need to change them. Yes, you could "edit " the recipe parameters in the project and reload it, but this is not feasible for alot of people. Is this something that may be added in the near future? Most of the other HMI's in this class offer recipe to be read and written to. Thanks

Can you clarify what you mean by "cannot save these to non-volatile memory "?
The recipes are saved in the Flash Memory when the project is downloaded. It saves to the CF1 if it is installed. When changes are made on the panel, these changes are saved to the Flash memory as well.
It seems C-more already does what you want it to do, but I am sure I am misunderstanding what you are asking for.

The recipe has two methods available to you for selection and one of these allows "editing " of the recipe. Select this option when creating your screen. After making changes (editing) it will ask you if you would to save the changes. Great features. Beware however, that if you make changes with the C-More software your receipe information in the screen will be over-written with the values stored in your PC project file.
