I have a few buttons on my panel that are only visible when a certain button is on. My problem...how do I change this option if the objects are not visible? When I simulate I can toggle these items but when I'm in edit mode I can't see them! Is there a way to display ALL objects on a panel? Thanks.

The tag visibility should not effect the objects when you 're editting, only when simulating or in the actual panel. But if you 've got objects layered on top of eachother you'll need to move them in order to edit. You can also change the layer settings by Edit>Order if you want to control the overlapping. But I think what may help you is Tool>Cross Reference, select your screen, then you can click the items and they will be highlighted in the edit screen.

Also, in the Object Edit dialog boxes, there is a simulation/preview window to the left. What ever state you leave the object in when you select OK, is the state the object will be in while editing.
