This has come up several times. I want to use the audio outputs for the C-more panels. Has anyone found a source for amplifiers that fit nicely in a cabinet? I bought from iAutomation.com, but do not want to do business with them again. I want an amp that can be available if I need to replace one. All I find are mic inputs, mono amps, etc. A simple 2 input, 2-8 ohm outputs would be ideal. I liked the iAutomation.com amps because of the size and they ran on 24vdc. They were mono so I bought two. If they break, I will not be able to get new ones. I am looking for a reliable source and brand. Any ideas? Has AD have any recommendations for third party sources? It is nice to have the features but another to find products to use them.

Rather than try to get a small amp into a cabinet, you might look at powered speakers. Here's a popular (among musicians, at least) powered compact monitor speaker which can run of AC or 12VDC:

Thanks for the info. I did check them out and it seems to be a good product, but pricey for what I am doing. I did find reliable source for the Elk-800 amp. Two of those and two speakers are cheaper than one Hot Spot. I do like the Hot Spot setup and maybe look into it for another project. I took two speakers and mounted them on the back of the filter grill. You can not see the speakers, it looks like grills on the side of the cabinet.
