I'm trying to upgrade the software to help solve the slow screen response problems as discussed in several previous posts. I get an error shortly after the Installshield starts running. It sounds like your install file was corrupted somehow. I just downloaded and installed successfully from http://support.automationdirect.com/products/cmoremicro.html .
If you continue to have problems, please contact echnical support at: 1-770-844-4200
