If I setup a selector switch on a C-More Panel with a tag to say C20 bit what happens upon return from a power cycle? For example: If I use the touch screen to turn the selector switch ON thus making the C0 bit go to 1 if I cycle the power will the C-More screen still show that selector switch in the ON position? If that is not the case if I make the C20 a retentive bit will the C20 being a 1 upon start-up cause the selector switch on the C-more panle to be in the ON position?

Non-retentive values will revert to zero following a power cycle. Retentive values will retain their value and correctly propogate them to the display.
