will not close

There are times when I am done adding messages to the database, I click on close and the window does not close. I have to use the X on the upper right corner. Is this a programming error? Sounds minor but doesn't seem right.

What version software are you using? Have you checked the Task Manager to see what processes were taking up memory and CPU? It could be the CPU resources are maxed out to 100%.
