C-More to Control Techniques UniDriveSP

I am trying to hook up a 6 " CMore to an Emerson CT UniDriveSP drive. I need a cable to hook the two together. The UniDrive uses a RJ45 connector and MODBUS RTU to communicate. Does AD have a cable already made and if not, what should the pin out be?

http://web4.automationdirect.com/static/manuals/eauserm/ch2.pdf page 2-19 will give you the pinout. What cable you make up depends on whether you are using RS232/422/or 485.

The pins looking INTO the Unidrive SP are numbered 1 at the top to 8 at the bottom. The relevant pins are 2 = RXTX+, 3 = Common, 7 = RXTX-. It is RS485. Communication is 19200,N,8,2. The Modbus addresses ar formed from the menu and item. MM.II The form would be 4MMII. Menu 3 Item 8 (3.08) would be 40308. Even a binary (On/Off) parameter is still a number with either 0 or 1 in it. C-More to Unidrive Ethernet?
Has anyone successfully managed to get the ethernet to work between these two? Both, AutomationDirect and Control-Techniques customer support is telling me all the settings and wiring is right but I get a time out during communication or communication test.

This would be used to speak to an AutomationDirect ECOM unit in a PLC
Use 'modicon Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet ' to speak directly from the CMore to the Control Techniques drive.
